		<description>In my travels I have also found this also to be more the rule in North Eastern US than in the Southern US. At the risk of making gross generalizations, I was struck by how the average age of the person waiting on me in the NE seemed to be older and indeed, many times 2nd, 3rd, generation family members. 

In the South, so much is new (less than 50 yrs old) and so much of the staff high-school or collage aged and having no interest in how the business works or if it succeeds or fails.</description>
